What time is Check-in and Check-Out?
Check-in is at 4pm, Check-Out is at 11am
Feel free to contact us if you need to arrive earlier.  We will accommodate an earlier checking when possible.

What do I need when I check-in/register?
A driver’s license and vehicle registration number must be presented at the time of check-in as proper identification.

Do I need a deposit to reserve a room?
Reservations require a deposit of one night’s lodging. Deposits are credited to the last night of the reservation. Upon arrival, the balance of the reservation is to be paid in full. We accept all major credit cards.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 14 day prior to your arrival date or the full amount of your deposit if forfeited. For reservations during “Bike week”, the cancellation policy is extended to 30 days’ notice.  Cedar Lodge is not responsible for early departure or late arrivals.

What happens if I need to leave before the end of my reservation?
Should you leave before your reservation expires; you will be charged for all remaining days. A refund will be made only if we are able to rent all accommodations for the remaining period of your reservation.

Do you have rollaway beds for extra guests?
Rollaway beds may be borrowed for free on a first come first served basis.

Can I bring my pet?
Cedar Lodge does not allow pets of any kind in any unit.

Do I need to bring my own towels and sheets?
Cedar Lodge is worry free!  Linens and basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) are included in every rental unit along with a hair dryer.

Is there a place to do laundry?
There is a set of high quality coin-op washing machines/dryers on every floor.

I want to trailer my boat – is there a space to leave it?
Our ample sized parking lot allows plenty of room for large trucks, campers and trailers.
