Accommodations

Units in our rental program are individually owned and are decorated by each owner to offer a unique lodging experience with something for everyone.

All rooms include a heat and air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and linens, tub and shower full size bathrooms.

• There is free WiFi in your room and throughout the facility
• Bedroom units include a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge.
• Kitchen units include cooking utensils and dining ware, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
• Every unit has at least one balcony or an extended living area with a picture window.
• Some units have vaulted ceilings that give an air of spacious comfort.
• Lake View units have a spectacular view of Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains.
• Terrace View rooms have a view of the beautifully maintained grounds.

Room Descriptions

Our unique triplet room configuration allows us to offer a variety of rental options.  The first two sections are bedrooms, and the third section is a full kitchen/living room.  Sections can be rented stand-alone or together as a suite.

​Studio ~ sleeps 2

The Cedar Lodge studio is the perfect getaway for an individual or couple.  Studios feature a full kitchen, living room and full bath.  The living room includes a pull-out sofa or futon that can sleep one or two people.

One bedroom ~ sleeps 4

The one bedroom unit includes two queen beds or one king bed.  The one bedroom includes a kitchenette area with microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge.

One Bedroom Suite ~ sleeps 6

The one-bedroom suite is perfect for a family, couple or solo traveler.  A spacious bedroom with two queen beds plus a full kitchen and living room and futon/pull out couch.  The suite includes two full size bathrooms.

Two Bedroom Suite ~ sleeps 8

The two-bedroom suite is perfect for a families or small groups.  Two spacious bedrooms, one with two queen beds and one with one queen bed.  Plus the unit includes a full kitchen and living room with futon/pull-out couch as well as two full size bathrooms.

Rentals are available for some units from individual owners via the outside booking agent.
